THE BEGINNING...
Our story 'technically' starts back in 2018 when parent company CP Used Trucks moved into their new & current facility on Pt Wakefield Rd in Burton. A large vacant shed with plenty of room, a very talented detailer demanding a job and a yard full of trucks that needed detailing.. It was simply a no brainer when it all begun.
As time went on & the CP Used Trucks business grew, so too did the need for another detailer. However quite often in business, there's always busy periods and quiet periods. The quiet periods unfortunately meant that there was two blokes standing around sweeping floors.. So the simple decision was made to ask some industry contacts if they needed any detailing work done..
One contact, lead to another contact and before you know it there's a waiting list to get any detailing work done in the shop.
We started small like most businesses & slowly built a reputation for being one of the premier alloy polishers in the state. We changed our methods & ensured that our tools & technique being used was the latest technology available. It paid dividends and wasn't long before our two detailers turned into three.
We started advertising to the general public & extending our reach within the transport industry. We began doing work for a lot of the major brands & transport companies in Adelaide. You can see our current list of partners on the home page.
We forged a partnership with one of the leading truck / transport detailing brands in America & Australia and became the South Australian distributors for Renegade Products. Their metal polishing products are among the best available and we've been using their products since 2019.
We carry the full range of detailing products; from your basic car/truck wash right up to their Hydroguard Ceramic Spray, along with all variants of their industry leading liquid metal polishes.
Fast forward to May of 2022 and we officially launched our re-brand to 'Total Truck Detailing'. It was a change made out of necessity, with our ever growing presence in the detailing industry. We needed the detailing arm of the business to stand on it's own feet and have its own branding to live from. The name simply synonymizes what we do; everything.
We now have five full time highly skilled detailers ready to tackle any and all of your detailing needs! Our services are vast and we handle anything from a basic wash & tidy to complete truck makeovers if required.
The future looks promising & we plan to add more services to our ever growing list when possible. Our aim is to be a one stop shop for everything truck detailing; A place you can purchase products & kits for your DIY projects, a place that can transform your old neglected truck into a showstopper, a place that offers tips & tricks to get the most out of your detailing and most importantly be the number one destination in Adelaide for Truck Detailing..
